This Privacy Policy applies to all mobile applications ("apps") developed and published by SDG CODE DOO ("we", "our", or "us"). It outlines how we collect, use, and protect your data across our suite of applications.

We strive to collect only the data necessary for the functionality and improvement of our apps.

1.1. Data we do NOT collect

We do not collect any PERSONAL DATA, including name, email addresses, contact entries, photos, files, physical address, etc all the information regarded as identifiable data.

1.2. Data we collect

Non-identifiable data, such as device type, device model, and IP address can be collected and analyzed by Google Analytics in order to establish user demographics and interests.

2. Permissions We Request & Why

2.1. Step Counter App

To provide accurate and continuous step tracking, our app requests the following permissions. We only ask for what is strictly necessary for core functionality.

- ACTIVITY_RECOGNITION

Allows the app to detect and count your steps using your phone’s motion sensors. Without this, the step counter cannot function.

- POST_NOTIFICATIONS

Required to show the persistent notification that the app is running in the background. This keeps the process active and lets you know when step tracking is enabled.

- FOREGROUND_SERVICE & FOREGROUND_SERVICE_HEALTH

Enables the app to run continuously in the background while showing a notification that step tracking is active. Required for stable step tracking even when the app isn’t open.

3. Advertising & Marketing

Our mobile application supports ad networks and ad platforms. We do not share or sell your personal information to advertisers. Some ad networks may use your device advertising ID (a random identifier resettable by you) solely for delivering relevant ads. We use further ad networks:

4. GDPR Compliance (For EU/EEA Users)

We are fully committed to complying with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for all users in the European Union (EU) and European Economic Area (EEA).

4.1. No Personal Data Collected

  • - We do not collect, store, or process any personally identifiable information.
  • - No data is sent to our servers - in fact, we do not use any servers to store user data.
  • - All app features (such as step counting) work entirely offline, using only data processed locally on your device.

4.2. Advertising with User Consent

  • - If ads are shown in the app, we display them only after you give consent, as required under GDPR.
  • - You will be asked to grant or deny consent when you first open the app.
  • - You can manage or withdraw your consent at any time via the app menu or your device settings.

4.3. Your Rights (Even If We Don’t Collect Data)

Even though we do not collect personal data, you still have the right to:

  • - Know what data would be collected (none in this case)
  • - Withdraw ad consent at any time
  • - Contact us if you have questions or concerns

5. Data Privacy For Paid Apps Without Ads

This app is a paid application available on the Google Play Store. It does not contain advertisements, and we do not collect, track, or share any personal data. All data stays on your device. Any information generated by the app (such as usage settings, history, or saved items) is stored locally on your device only.

6. Children's Privacy

Our apps are not intended for children under 13 unless specified. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
